Beauty Advisor Position ProfileYour Estée Lauder career begins here. Estée Lauder Beauty Advisors are almost always employees of the retails store where they work, and are selected by the store and Estée Lauder because they love to sell and are service oriented. Estée Lauder provides ongoing education to enable Beauty Advisors to be successful from the start. If you’re a high school graduate or equivalent with some prior sales or service experience and can work flexible hours, this could be the start of a great career for you.
Counter Manager Position ProfilePrincipal Objective: The Counter Manager is responsible to drive and build retail sales and improve rank.
Account Executive Position ProfilePrincipal Objective: The Account Executive is responsible to drive and build retail sales and market share for the region while staying within the budgeted guide lines for selling costs.
Education Executive Position ProfilePrincipal Objective: To educate Beauty Advisors by providing them with the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to meet productivity goals and service standards. This will be accomplished through the following core competencies: Seminar, In-Store Development, and Account Coordinator, Business Manager and Counter Manager development.
